James possesses Masters in Water & Sanitation Engineering with over 15 years of work experience in O&M and utility management related to water supply distribution in several major urban Water Service Providers WSPs in Kenya. James has practical experience in Non-Revenue Water (NRW) management including reduction of physical (leakages) and commercial losses to manageable/acceptable levels. He has over 10 years of proven experience in the management of Urban Water& Sewerage utilities for Mombasa, Malindi Towns in the Coast Region; James brings expertise in the preparation of O&M Manuals and training of staff for efficient operations of water and sewerage systems, especially working with municipalities and water companies through donors funded projects such as AFD, World Bank, KfW & AfDB.
