James has a Masters in Construction Management and Bachelor in Civil Engineering, with over 20 years of experience in managing civil and structural engineering projects in housing, logistics, telecommunication, and roads.  A registered engineer with Engineers Registration Board and Institute of Engineers of Kenya, James possesses a solid background in project management, strategic management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. James is well-equipped to manage and supervise construction projects to its completion by ensuring compliance of all applicable laws and standards, ensuring monitoring and controlling of work progress with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance regulatory policies. Playing a key role in design and supervision of civil and infrastructure projects, James has excelled in conducting detailed and rigorous inspections of work progress, ensuring work meets quality specifications, and setting up operational system processes required by clients and contractors to meet contractual obligations.
