Technical due-diligence to appraise the Adetikope Industrial Platform, TOGO

Adetikope Industrial Platform will be an integrated park (400 Ha) that will host: (i) Adetikope industrial zone, primarily focused on processing and manufacturing via industrial units, storage and handling of cotton bales/bulk storage via dedicated facilities, and warehousing; (ii) Adetikope logistics park; and (iii) another parking area including common buildings and utilities, roads, open and green areas, among others.
Africa InfraDev Services scope:
Review and comment on the adequacy of the project’s major construction work program/ project schedule and the achievability of the proposed start-up program, evaluate the potential for scope changes and the impact on the project, review if the proposed infrastructure is adequate to support the investments in three phases.
Verify adequacy and benchmarking of total construction costs; Verify the clarity and appropriateness of payment arrangements including retention and performance bonds; Ascertain the adequacy of project schedule and project supervision arrangements.
