Adetikope Industrial Platform is an integrated Park spread over 400 Ha that hosts the Adetikope Industrial Zone, primarily focused on processing and manufacturing via industrial units, storage and handling of cotton bales/bulk storage via dedicated facilities, and warehousing; and the Adetikope Logistics Park.
Key scope delivered includes a review of the adequacy of the project’s major construction works, project schedule and the achievability of the proposed start-up program, evaluate the potential for scope changes and the impact on the project, and assess the proposed infrastructure and utilities are adequate to support the investments in three phases. As part of due diligence, the scope reviewed the adequacy and benchmarking of total construction costs, clarity and appropriateness of payment arrangements including retention and performance bonds, and the project monitoring and supervision arrangements.
